Mr R Muthukrishnan is the CEO and proprietor of the firm, Quality Process Engineering Services, in short called QPES.

He is a chemical engineer with more than 40 years of experience ranging from design, detailed engineering, projects, commissioning, to operations and troubleshooting of large petrochemical plants and refineries.

He was instrumental in setting up the corporate safety in Reliance Industries Limited and was closely associated with the implementation of PSM systems in the sites with the collaboration of DuPont, the world leaders in process safety.

While working in Reliance, in the year 2010, he headed the energy conservation unit in the head office overseeing all the factory sites of Reliance and was the head of the unit till he retired in Oct 2014. During this period, professional energy management systems were set up in all sites in association with KBC, leading energy service provider.
